What are we actually looking for? I think, it is a place where we are so comfortable and cosy that we allow yourselves to be real and free. But is it actually a place? We know so many examples when time, space and geographical local lose all of their matter when we find that Person. How do you call it? A soul mate? And who is she or him? Someone who is our perfect fit? And what does that mean? The one who everyone wants? That question again – what do we all want? Elisabeth Gilbert gives an interesting point of view “ the person who shows you everything that is holding you back, the person who brings you to your own attention so you can change your life”. In two words – your mirror.
Going back to the idea of the right place, it has been a while since I have felt there. And if a virtual space is able to give me that feeling, Social Lux definitely succeeded. Honestly, I am a true romantic, someone who believes in powerful eye contacts, energy exchanges and real touches. But this new website is that big mirror that reflects my universe. It is the place where I can see my type and lifestyle and that gives me the strong sensation of swimming in my own water. And everything that I am not. That part of me, which Elisabeth speaks about. It is great! I do believe that so often we come across someone who might be our perfect match but if there is nothing to cross our paths… We are getting away from each other. Excuse me, but we are all so busy, running like crazy machines and have lost ourselves inside the smartphones. So, the easiest thing to happen, is to miss it. To miss her or him. The right person! Yes, she or he just passed by you but your nose was stuck on that screen. And I am the same and I live online, which makes me believe in that new world there is someone out there for me. We have become virtual creatures, for good or for bad. But I think it is absolutely fine. Life moves on and it changes, we do not have much of a choice than to move too. And to adapt.
My main aim is simple. Simplicity, baby. Everything is so simple. And I like new ideas that make things simple. Like Social Lux. It knows its people, it knows what they need and gives it to them. What more? I do not want nothing more then after working all day like crazy to visit a place where I can feel myself, where I can find like-minded individual and have a real and meaningful conversation. And of course, to continue that story in the real world. For me there are no boundaries, because I have finally found the important connecting thread – Social Lux. It is the place where I am more then sure – someone is looking for me the way I am doing it. It is just a matter of little time. So inspired to write these lines, perhaps because I am close to my soul mate, my muse. The person in my life who I desire the most.
